Our data center is located in Minnetonka Minnesota, with additional backup sites in Milwaukee, WI and in Europe. The center has a 99.98% service level agreement with us for up-time. All databases are backed up and stored remotely and we also back up our code and store it offsite.

We can process remotely in the event of a disaster and have tested our capabilities to process all items from an offsite location. Our most recently offsite processing test was in December of 2008.
