Ron Schlegel

President and CEO. Mr. Schlegel is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Payment Services International including operations, technology, business development, and sales and marketing. Mr. Schlegel has over 22 years of experience with high technology, banking, retail, medical, and e-commerce based organizations. His experience also includes writing point of sale systems, architecting and building customized payment solutions, retail, and banking. Mr. Schlegel's management and consulting experience includes both advising startup companies and managing large companies.

Prior to Payment Services International, Mr. Schlegel was a founder of several startup companies including Schoolbell and Embion, and was instrumental in many others, including Techies. Mr. Schlegel also founded Computer Control Technologies in 1989 and later WEB2B Consulting in 1993. With Mr. Schlegel’s entrepreneurial spirit, both Computer Control Technologies and WEB2B Consulting grew into Payment Services International.

Mr. Schlegel earned a Bachelor`s degree in computer science with a minor in accounting from the University of Minnesota. He is a Microsoft Certified Developer and has had post-graduate education at the Project Management Institute and in corporate contract law.

Brent Siegel

Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Siegel is responsible for managing the sales and marketing activities at PSI. Brent has 25 years of financial services experience and technology expertise with a specific focus on: item processing, electronic image exchange, securities accounting and operations, wealth management, internet e-commerce applications, and web-site analytics. Additionally, he was involved in two successful internet start-up companies.

Mr. Siegel has a B.A. from Carleton College and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He has certifications from the ABA, the Securities Industry Association, and he has completed course work towards the CSOP designation.

Jody Grengs

VP of Product Development. Jody oversees all product development, integration, website, data center operations, and all of PSI's ACH processing systems. Jody brings many years of expertise on designing, implementing, and managing electronic payment processing systems to PSI. He brings 22 years of software development and business management experience and is able to design complex systems and determine business requirements from an IT and operational perspective.

Prior to joining PSI, Jody worked for MicroEdge, Inc where he handled client relationships for multiple Non-Profit Organizations, dealing with customized software development and design. Prior to that Jody was the VP of Product Development for PurchaseSoft, Inc., where he managed the design, development, testing and implementation of their world-class e-Procurement software packages. Jody has also held other various senior level positions dealing with project management, software development, and design.

Jody graduated with honors from Mankato State University with a degree in Computer Science.
